The zooplus team currently consists of 500 interdisciplinary specialists and managers from more than 40 countries who work at 11 international sites in the Sales & Marketing, IT, Operations and Administration departments. Our 80 ninjas IT Team is distributed among four locations in Europe and works in a full agile environment following a continuous delivery philosophy. These are the main tasks and responsabilities which you have to do in this role: 

  • Collaborate closely with users understanding their business and technical requirements and having an user satisfaction mindset
  • Create a training plan for all organization taking into account we have different kinds of users and needs
  • Help the Product Owner to establish the strategy and roadmap of collaboration tools
  • Operate Atlassian tools. Currently Jira Software, Jira Portfolio, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, HipChat
  • Monitor the tools and carry out performance improvements
  • Customize Atlassian tools to cover the needs of the users 
  • Carry out mid-term projects like move to cloud (AWS)


  • Open-minded, aligned to business needs and solution-oriented and like to work in cross-functional team
  • Deep Atlassian knowledge, at least three years of Atlassian admin experience
  • Cloud knowledge. Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of applications lifecycle
  • Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
  • Monitoring skills and experience improving the performance Fluent in English (German is a plus) We know you are going to improve this skill very fast so we do not ask for a bilingual level, you only need to communicate properly with your workmates
